## Migrating from a local state file to a Cloudflare bucket

### while still on the local backend
pulumi stack export --file pulumi_state.json

### switch backends
pulumi login s3://<bucket>?endpoint=<account-id>.r2.cloudflarestorage.com&region=auto

### recreate the stack on the new backend and import the state
pulumi stack init dev
pulumi stack import --file pulumi_state.json
